Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before ordering any Goods or Services from this website. By placing an order for any Goods or Services through this website, by phone, or via our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The domain name www.vlicious.in (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is owned by Vlicious Cake Designers, a company incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009, with its registered office located at H.No. C-159, Second Floor, Naraina Industrial Area Phase-1, New Delhi-110028, India.

Section 2: Definitions

2.1. “Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions, along with any order, form, and payment instructions provided to you.
2.2. “Privacy Policy” denotes the policy displayed on our Website, detailing the methods by which we collect and manage your personal data.
2.3. “You,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the individual accessing this Website and placing orders for any Goods or Services.
2.4. “We,” “us,” “our,” and “Vlicious” refer to Vlicious, the entity operating this Website.
2.5. “Goods” or “Items” signify any products that may be offered for sale on our Website from time to time.
2.6. “Service” or “Services” refers to any services provided by us that you may request through our Website.
2.7. “Participating Supplier” refers to a third party that collaborates with us to prepare and/or deliver the Goods or Services.
2.8. “Food Delivery” pertains to perishable goods and any delivery services offered by our partners, who assume full responsibility for these services.
2.9. “Website” refers to our website, www.vlicious.in  through which we offer our Goods or Services.

Section 3: Ordering

3.1. Any contract for the supply of Food Delivery from this Website is established between you and our Participating Suppliers; for Goods or Services, the contract is formed between you and Vlicious

. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and you warrant that the credit or debit card details provided are yours and that you possess sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

3.2. Goods and Services acquired from this Website are intended solely for your personal use. You warrant that any Goods purchased are not intended for resale and that you act solely as the principal and not as an agent for any third party.

3.3. Please be advised that certain Goods may be appropriate only for specific age groups. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product ordered is suitable for the intended recipient.

3.4. When placing an order, you may be required to provide a phone number, email address, and password. It is your responsibility to keep this information secure and confidential.

3.5. We will exercise reasonable care to safeguard the details of your order and payment; however, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may incur as a result of unauthorized access to your data, except in cases of our negligence.

3.6. All orders are contingent upon product availability, delivery capacity, and acceptance by us and the Participating Suppliers. Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated message confirming receipt. This confirmation serves only as acknowledgment of your order; you must inform us immediately of any inaccuracies. Receipt of this confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment of your order.

3.7. If the ordered Food and delivery capacity are available, Upon verification of the order details, you will receive confirmation via message or call.

3.8. The confirmation message or email will specify the items ordered and include a receipt for payment.

3.9. If the Food Delivery and/or Goods are unavailable or if there is insufficient delivery capacity, we will notify you via email, text message (SMS), or phone call.

Section 4: Prices and Payment

4.1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process, including credit or debit card details. You further warrant that the card information supplied pertains to your own account and that you possess sufficient funds for payment.
4.2. All prices displayed on the Website are accurate at the time of publication and based on information received from suppliers. Please be advised that final pricing may fluctuate at the time of delivery in accordance with the latest menu and pricing structure. We reserve the right to modify the Goods or Services offered on the Website at our discretion.
4.3. Pricing for delivery services rendered by Vlicious or its assigned third-party providers is accurate at the time of publication; however, we retain the right to amend these prices in the future.
4.4. The total price for Food Delivery, Goods, or Services ordered, including delivery charges and any additional fees, will be displayed on the Website at the time of ordering. Full payment must be rendered for all dispatched Goods and Services. Payment must be made online via UPI, net banking, or credit/debit card.
4.5. In the case of online payments, you are required to complete payment prior to delivery. Our website is integrated with third-party payment gateways, and we do not store any card or banking details. For information on privacy policies, please refer to the relevant payment gateway’s website.
4.6. Vlicious will never request your personal banking information. You are strongly advised against sharing sensitive details such as Card Number, PIN, CVV, OTP, Card Expiry Date, or UPI PIN via telephone, email, or SMS.

Section 5: Delivery

5.1. The delivery periods provided at the time of ordering are approximate and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address designated by you at the time of ordering.
5.2. In instances where delivery is executed by our partners, it is the sole responsibility of the Participating Supplier to ensure timely Food Delivery.
5.3. When delivery is conducted by Vlicious or a third-party partner, we will take all reasonable measures to ensure timely service; however, we accept no liability for any delays.
5.4. All orders will be delivered by reputable courier services. Both we and the delivery service will endeavor to deliver within the specified timeframe; however, we will not be liable for any losses incurred due to late delivery.
5.5. In the event of late delivery, the delivery charges will neither be waived nor refunded by Vlicious.
5.6. Risk for the Goods and Food Delivery shall transfer to you upon delivery.
5.7. If you fail to accept delivery of Goods at the appointed time or if we are unable to deliver due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions, such Goods shall be deemed delivered, and all risk and responsibility for such Goods shall pass to you.
5.8. Participating Suppliers aim to deliver the product to the location and at the time specified in your order. However, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses resulting from late delivery.
5.9. Please be advised that it may not be feasible for us to deliver to certain locations. Should this be the case, we or our partner supplier will inform you using the contact details provided at the time of order, and we will arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative address.
5.10. Delivery attempts will occur only once at the address provided. If delivery is not executed for any reason, the order will be deemed complete, and re-delivery or refund will not be an option. This includes, but is not limited to, the following circumstances: incorrect address, recipient unavailability, locked premises, unreachable or incorrect contact number, recipient refusal, delivery at the gate/reception/neighborhood, or restricted access to premises.
5.11. Deliveries will not occur on national holidays. Orders scheduled for national holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
5.12. In the event of natural disasters, severe weather, national strikes, elections, curfews, traffic disruptions, or any other circumstances that may impede delivery, Vlicious reserves the right to reschedule the delivery to a later date.
5.13. Requests to alter the delivery date will not be accommodated.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse or exercise control over the quality, content, or availability of these sites, and we cannot accept any responsibility for the Goods or Services they provide.

Section 8: Complaints

We take complaints very seriously and aim to respond within 12 business hours. All complaints should be directed to sales@vlicious.in . We will assist you if reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that product images on the website are indicative in nature, and actual products may vary in shape or design based on availability.

Section 9: Limitation of Liability

9.1. We have exercised great care to ensure that the information available on this Website is accurate and free from errors. However, we do not warrant its accuracy.
9.2. By accepting these terms, you release us from any liability arising from your use of information obtained from third parties or your consumption of Goods from Participating Suppliers.
9.3. We disclaim any liability for the supply of Food Delivery, Goods, and Services to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Should we be found liable, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant Goods or Services. We shall not be liable for any indirect losses, damages, or expenses.
9.4. We do not accept liability for delays, failures, errors, omissions, or loss of information, including viruses or other harmful elements transmitted to you or your computer system via our Website.
9.5. We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing Services or delivering Goods arising from circumstances beyond our control.
9.6. The products sold are intended for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of property damage, or losses arising from claims made by third parties as a result of using the Website or for any products or services purchased from us.
9.7. We have implemented reasonable measures to prevent Internet fraud and ensure that any data collected from you is stored securely. However, we cannot be held liable in the unlikely event of a breach of our secure computer servers or those of third parties.
9.8. Offers are subject to the discretion of Vlicious and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

10.1. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and may be converted to your local currency at the time of payment, depending on the payment gateway provider.
10.2. We reserve the right to subcontract any part of the Services or Goods provided to you without requiring your consent or prior notification.
10.3. We may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.
10.4. Payment must be made at the time of placing an order by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash on delivery (if applicable). Failure to remit payment on time may result in order cancellation.
10.5. The use of automated systems or programs in connection with our website or its online ordering functionality is prohibited.
10.6. You are prohibited from collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the website, using communication systems provided by the website for commercial solicitation, soliciting users regarding their submissions to the website, or publishing or distributing any vouchers or codes in connection with the website, or scraping or hacking the website.
10.7. These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and any order forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other terms or provisions on the Website, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
10.8. Should any term or condition of this Agreement be deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
10.9. These Terms and Conditions and our Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, specifically in Gurgaon.
10.10. No delay or failure on our part to enforce our rights or remedies under the Agreement shall constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies unless such waiver is confirmed in writing.
10.11. These Terms and Conditions and any associated contracts (and all non-contractual obligations arising out of or related to them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts. All dealings, correspondence, and communications between us shall be conducted in the English language.
10.12. By providing your phone number, email, and name during the registration or payment process, you consent to receive transactional and promotional SMS messages on your registered phone number and emails at your registered email address.
10.13. Once your order has been confirmed via telephone, modifications or cancellations will not be permitted.
10.14. You acknowledge that Vlicious may send transactional and promotional communications via SMS, calls, WhatsApp, and emails to your registered contact details.
10.15. Any orders placed unethically on Vlicious.in will be considered fraudulent. The company reserves the right to cooperate.
