Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. As all orders are tailored to individual customer specifications and are inherently perishable, refunds for cancellations on the same day cannot be accommodated.
2. Customers are required to provide at least one day’s notice for cancellations of regular cakes and two days’ notice for large or specialty cakes. A fee of 15% of the total order amount will apply for refunds.
3. To request a cancellation, customers must send an email to sales@vlicious.in  with the subject line “Cancellation Request,” including the following information in the message:
   i. Order ID
   ii. Reason for Cancellation
4. In cases of cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
5. All refunds will be completed within 2-3 business days from the cancellation date.
6. Vlicious retains the discretion to alter, cancel, refund, or provide alternative solutions as deemed appropriate.
7. Any refunded amounts will be credited as Vlicious Cash points to your Vlicious Wallet, which can be applied to future purchases.
